Booking & CancellationTerms
A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your room. Payment is made directly to the hotel during your stay. Rooms can be changed or cancelled free of charge until 18:00 on the day of arrival. For changes, cancellations, or no-shows after 18:00, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the booked nights. Rooms are subject to availability.
Spirit of the Game (SOTG)
Spirit of the Game is a core part of Force Fyris. We ask all team captains to submit a spirit score for their opponent as soon as possible after each match using the form linked below.

Stream
We would love to showcase the incredible games at Force Fyris with a high-quality livestream. We’ve explored several options to make this happen, but we haven’t yet found a setup that is both reliable and simple enough to manage without a dedicated media crew on-site.
Our goal is to find a solution that allows us to focus on running a great tournament for the players. If you have any ideas or experience with easy-to-manage streaming solutions for sports events, we would be incredibly grateful for your input. Please reach out to our Tournament Director!
Roster Submission (for Stat Tracking)
To enable our stat tracking, we require all teams to submit a complete player roster. Provide the full name and jersey number for every player before the weekend prior to the tournament, to allow us time to prepare. Access the roster document via the button below, find your team’s dedicated tab, and fill in all your players.
