Upper and lower pools
To provide the best possible matchups, Force Fyris is pre-seeded into Upper and Lower pools. This format ensures quality games against similarly skilled opponents throughout the group stage, which then progresses into bracket play for all teams.
Seeding is based on self-reported skill and prior tournament results, but with a clear path to the final for every team, including those starting in the lower pool. In the rare case of too few teams (primarily in the women’s division) this may be replaced with other formats more suitable for the given amount of teams.
